MEKONG HOMESTAY
(2 DAYS)
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Ben Tre – Can Tho
8:00am: Depart for Ben Tre. Then we will take a boat on Ham Luong River – one of the tributaries of the Mekong River. We go to visit Coconut processing workshops – try some local sweet and tea, visit coconut processing workshops, and mats weaving houses. Then we will take the real adventure by Xe loi – a type of motorised rickshaw.
Day 2: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh
7:00am: Depart to Can Tho river, explore the picturesque scenery as well as local daily life on both sides of the river in the morning. Then you will see the floating market, rice noodle producing. Then the boat will take you back to the boat station. Relax, then have lunch in Can Tho.
